Personal Information & Content on Pathable
EPIC uploads to Pathable the following information for your conference profile, if you provided it during the conference registration process: name, email, job title, country, affiliation, specializations, bio, and pronouns. You may edit or remove the pre-populated data you provided, and add other profile information (My Account > My Profile). Your profile will be visible to other attendees unless you choose to make it private (My Account > My Profile > Preferences).

Text: EPIC will retain a private text archive of content shared on Pathable—except private messages, which we cannot access. EPIC staff, board members, and conference committee members may use this information to help us understand the quality of attendees’ experience. No part of the archive will be shared publicly without the prior permission of the author(s) of the text. As always, personal data removal requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
